Return & Refunds
We do allow for returns and exchanges on many of our products. We can't imagine why anyone would want to return something. But if you absolutely have to, see our policies below.
If you bought it and would like to begin the return or exchange process, please email us first. Items must be unworn, unused, and in it's original packaging.
To begin your return, email email@example.com with subject line: RETURN REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.
To begin your exchange, email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.
Instructions will be sent upon approval from a Henotique team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange.
Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for Henotique to process the return or exchange. For returns, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
